Welcome to Mantiscode (https://www.mantiscode.com/). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, and services. By accessing or using Mantiscode, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us Mantiscode is operated by a business located in Victoria, Australia. We provide an image-to-code generation service that converts user-uploaded screenshots or images into HTML and CSS code. Our services are available internationally.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to use this service. By using our site, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Intellectual Property & User Responsibility By using Mantiscode, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring the legality of the content you upload.
  • You must not upload images that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Mantiscode does not claim ownership of any images you upload but reserves the right to refuse or remove content that violates intellectual property laws or our policies.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Mantiscode harmless from any claims resulting from content you upload.

4. Third-Party Tools & Integrations Mantiscode may integrate or work with third-party platforms such as Webflow, Figma, and WordPress. However, Mantiscode is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms. Any use of third-party tools is at your own discretion and subject to their respective terms.

5. Mantis Plus & Payment Terms Mantiscode offers a paid package called Mantis Plus:

  • Cost: $10 USD
  • Includes: 50 code generations (“Tokens”)
  • Value: Each token is equivalent to $0.20 USD

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are only available if none or only some of the tokens have been used.
  • The refundable amount is calculated as: $10 USD − ($0.20 USD x Tokens Used).
  • If eligible, the calculated amount will be refunded, and your remaining tokens will be reduced to zero.
  • Refunds are issued in the original payment method. No partial refunds are granted once all tokens are used.

6. User Conduct You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Upload malicious content, spam, or harmful files.
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability Mantiscode is provided “as-is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in any harmful or abusive behavior.

9. Modifications We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify users by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

12. Accuracy of AI-Generated Output

While Mantiscode uses advanced AI to convert images and designs into HTML/CSS code with a high degree of precision, the generated output may not always be a pixel-perfect or exact replication of the original uploaded material. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that slight variations may occur between the input image or design and the AI-generated code. These outputs are meant to provide highly accurate, but not identical, representations and should be reviewed and modified if absolute visual fidelity is required.

13. Pricing and Currency

All product and service prices listed on Mantiscode, including but not limited to the “Mantiscode+” package, are displayed in USD. These prices are derived from real-time conversion of AUD amounts using foreign exchange rates provided by the “Currency Switcher for WooCommerce” plugin. Although prices are shown in USD for user clarity and international consistency, all payments are processed in AUD. The charged amount in AUD is calculated to reflect the near-equivalent value of the displayed USD price based on the current exchange rate at the time of transaction. By proceeding with a payment, users agree to this pricing and conversion model.
